You can't ask for better service than that!!
Had a problem with a finicky sensor on our recently installed hot water tank.
I messaged Kevin for advice and was, with his guidance, able to get it going again. However, when the same sensor decided to act up again within a few days and refused to re-start, I messaged Kevin and, as usual, he responded within about five minutes! We made arrangements for him to come over the following day and replace the faulty part.
Kevin arrived on schedule, replaced the part, and was done within less than 15 minutes...at no charge!! You can't ask for better service than that!!
